Customer orders are put into our production queue at the time of purchase. We don't carry backstock in any product.
Please allow 3-5 business days for production of your order. Larger or more complex orders may take longer. We will be sure to reach out to you if we feel we are going to be outside of our production window.
Orders that have any form of customization such as artwork, logo, name, monogram or year customization are final sale and we will not accept them for exchange. Please see our refund policy for further details.
